An Important lesson I will walk away with today is, that supervisors or management that often change their management style can come off inconsistent and phony to employees. That always staying yourself while make slight changes is the way to go. I feel this is a good advice as I am new to a role as supervisor. I am constantly growing and learning better more effective ways to do my job. I need to remember to stay true to myself and my personality while making those improvements to my performance as a supervisor.
