Making a contribution to the organization

By carefully selecting the best candidate for the position, we as hiring managers play an important role in creating a team that will impact the organization positively. Through the years, I have learned that it is crucial to ask behavioral questions that may lead to future behavioral traits that will not align with the job description. By asking open-ended questions, be an effective listener we can make more effective decisions about who may be the best candidate for the position.

What I learned

In taking the course developing Employees, I have learned how to interact with different levels of professionalism. I have learnd how to work with Top Performers, Solid Performers and under performers. In learning these dufferent interactions I now know how to deal with my employer.
