Making a contribution to the organization

By carefully selecting the best candidate for the position, we as hiring managers play an important role in creating a team that will impact the organization positively. Through the years, I have learned that it is crucial to ask behavioral questions that may lead to future behavioral traits that will not align with the job description. By asking open-ended questions, be an effective listener we can make more effective decisions about who may be the best candidate for the position.

This training has opened new horizons by understanding the difference between structured and unstructured interviews, what questions to ask and not to ask, the offer letter, the amount of time dedicated to the formal process, and the panel interview where everyone invited gets to share his/her own past experiences and ideas about the prospective candidate
