What I learned

In taking the course developing Employees, I have learned how to interact with different levels of professionalism. I have learnd how to work with Top Performers, Solid Performers and under performers. In learning these dufferent interactions I now know how to deal with my employer.

Did you take this course to have a better understanding of how to work with your manager/director? 

How did your interaction with others change based on what you learned in this program? Do you have examples you are willing to share? 

You first posted this over 1 year ago. I'm curious to how things have changed for you since first enrolling in the class. Have you had to hire/fire any employees in that timeframe? If so, what from this class helped you?
