Changing the Culture

i have been leading the Education Team at a College for two years. The existing culture did not favor changes and new implementation of new policiies. Resisters have been blocking or alluding changes which has made these implementations harder to achieve. i have used different ways of communicating the new policies and have gotten them involved in the positive outcomes so they can buy into the changes and affect them positively. With time, some resisters have not been able to adapt and were given the opportunity of being part of the changes and expresses the reasons why they have been oblivious or blocked the new implementations.

 

 

 

It sounds like the key for your success was usuing different ways to communicate and get the resistors to come around.
