The best way to combat stress is to focus on the things you can control and to put aside the things you can't control.
Stress and anxiety that come about in certain situations in life are a result of trying to do the things that can't be controlled.
If people learned how to focus more on what they can do, it would take away the worry/anxiety from the unknowns in the trials of life.
This is something, I believe, everyone struggles with and I plan to work on this in my life as well.
