Lead by example

Whether having a manager position or an employee of a manager, you must lead by example.

You cannot expect your employees to work their hardest, if you as their boss are not working your hardest.

You also can't expect them to really listen and do the things you ask if you are not following those guidlines yourself.

It's ultimately about leading by example, if you want great employees who love coming into work and giving 100% percent, them give them a reason to want that, and show that you feel the same way about your job. If you love your job, and your work, and give your best everyday then you can expect to see that in your employees.

Leading by example.
