The information in this module in very informative on what is expected of me in admissions. Organization and knowledge of the information needed to fully support our incoming and potential students is vital to the success of our institution. Working together in admissions as a strong unit will help to ensure a heatly growth in enrollment throughout the years to come.

In this module, I learned the importance of documenting every step of the enrollment process. Understanding the EA and its contents is a must. The documents that must be included in a student file, how and where the file should be stored upon completion.
Protocols are essential to organizational structures and must be followed by everyone
Organization is extremely important. We have to know and be awared about all this regulations and see how is everione involved on it. There is alot of people envolved in a students enrollement but is extremely importat to know about the whole process so we can have a better understandid of all steps. Also all the documentation required in this process is important to fill it properly.
I have learned how important is the enrollment agreement and the parts of the catalog.
It is vital to adhere to everything on the checklist and make sure everything is in the file and properly audited.
This module was very helpful in reinforcing the importance of having a very clear contact and paper tracking system for admissions and advising. The first contact with the student is really the beginning of their journey with the institution, and it is vital to retain all information in order to be able to advise students correctly with regards to financial aid, program choice, and career pathways.
I learned that each student should have their own folder and that a checklist for admissions should be created before the interview so that the admissions representative can use it to complete interview correctly.

The admissions portion with the student is extremely important as the student or his parents are signing a binding contract. You have to make sure that all of the information on the admission paperwork is complete, accurate and true. There are many rules that must be followed, you need to be aware of these rules.
