Admission Professional of the Future?

So I'm curious what others think about the admissions rep of the future.  Will successful professionals of the future need different skills than what we've had in the past?  If so, in what areas?

Updated Approaches in Training

Just completed training with an amazing group of admission professionals with excellent outcomes!  It's interesting how the new reps just jumped in and did amazing while "seasoned" reps were admittingly struggling.  Many told me that they are finding it hard to let go of what they've been doing (including using their scripts) for 10, 15 and even 20 years!

I'm curious what others are finding out there?
