humor always wins

I fell that my strength can sometimes be my weakness, however the positives certainly outweigh the negatives. I laugh, no matter what im going through i still have a great sense of humor. I feel that we can either laugh or cry and i choose to laugh. Regardless of what the siyuation is, a good laugh serves as a sort of thermostat reset. Self-Assessment

This was informative and a reality check in looking at real-life examples and comparing/contrasting to my professional life.

I think its important to re-assess periodically so that we are performing the way we intend to perform and not just making it through the daily schedule.

Hard to face, easy to conquer

Because of my medical background as a physician, I know how damaging stress is to the body. My "magic" prescription is to practice both physical & spiritual excercises. We know a lot about how physical excercising is renewing the health of the cells & getting rid of the free radicles that damage even healthy cells. Spiritual excercise makes the mind, or the "nous", to overflow with positive thoughts that help to make right decisions.

Understanding you boss

Excellent discussion I agree with the writers. For us to be effective employees, we have got to understand, and know what's expected from us. We have to know what our boss expect, and need. If they (our bosses) are reluctant or indecisive with informing us about their expectations, then I agree  with the lesson plan seek out infromation from coworkers, who may have been working with this boss. This will provide us with some points of reference for meeting our boss's expectations.

Addressing the back of the classroom

I have utilized some of the strategies discussed with some success...i.e. Breaking students into small group activities, walking to the back of the classroom. I may try to reassign back row to the front to see if this is effective.
