1. I have learned different ways to get information across to students. I think the idea of using guest speakers is great. I also think the small groups are great, I used them today in my class and the students really seemed to learn from each other. I also like the idea of handouts on different color of paper, it helps the students to quickly reference and adds fun to the information on the sheet. I also learned the importance of learning about your students
2. Applied- I am making more of an effort to learn about my students. I also use lecture time for the students to apply their own real life experiences to the information they are using. I allow them time to share with the class. Students also learn from each other.
