Data and evidence is what determines whether a program is meeting learner needs, is aligning with workforce expectations and achieving intended post-secondary and career-based outcomes. Data-informed decision-making helps leaders identify opportunities for improvement and understand how to best support program performance and strengthen learner success.</p>
