<p>Letting students know what they will be assessed on in an interview is nurturing. When we are teahing students how to interview and land a job, we should not be throwing them into the shark atnak blind for the actual expereince. We give the students the same questions that our business partners will have on their mock interview day. Students develop more skills by the preperation than they do by landing the passing score on the assessment.&nbsp;</p>
