Hi Jan Great points about the importance of finding and keeping great staff and enabling them to contribute fully to your organization. Often small schools do require staff to wear too many hats. This is especially detrimental when the person responsible for admissions has to do too many other jobs. Your point about keeping staff happy and productive is great.
