Learning is an active process in which students acquire, understand, and apply new knowledge and skills. Effective learning occurs when students are engaged, motivated, and able to connect new information to their previous experiences. I also learned that learners progress through different stages of understanding and benefit from practice, feedback, and reflection. As an instructor, I intend to apply these concepts by creating meaningful learning activities, encouraging active participation, and providing timely feedback. By supporting the learning process, I can help students build confidence, improve retention, and achieve their educational goals.
