How do I, or where do I go to find out the specific requirements for an FAO in my state?

As far as Title IV funding is concerned,mostly federal regulations apply. The Federal Register, the Student Aid Handbook and/or talking to a representative from the Department of Education should get you the needed answer. As far as any specific state regulations are concerned,most states have a State Education Department which can help. Always remember also that networking with other FA personnel at other colleges within the state can be very helpful. I am a strong believer in networking with others.
