Reflection
CTE courses and programs is important to have and be rigorous, competitive, motivating, engaging, relevant and authentic but it also should have teamwork, cooperation, sometimes be exciting. Teahcers have to ask themselves how will it make the student's mind work and will they be able to connect this lesson. They also have to get creative and make sure that their assignments are intriguing for the students, but also in the CTE path. One good example would to assign a group project for kids to create a robot that uses AI to follow a path. It is engaging with a broad amount of things to do for them the kids to break up responsibility very well.
Career and technical education courses are a great choice for students interested
in specialized occupations, or an alternate route to post-secondary conventional four-year college.
However, professional training and practical skills will enhance the knowledge and competitiveness of each
student, whether they are interested in pursuing a career in architecture, computer science or fines.
The STEM courses given to the students will help them in the long run with incredible career demand, better grades, gives a direction to our interest. It can also offer us to not pay nothing for our schools given the skills we have gained. It helps us with further our education and achievements with our goals. With CTE, those students have the chance to showcase their true talent and interest, empowering them to achieve more than they ever could sitting at a desk for eight hours every day. Giving us the opportunity to different things in life such as internships and being hired by big companies.However, the biggest challenge in evaluating CTE is that students typically self-select into such programs, or student choices are circumscribed by the types of programs offered in schools. We get challenged into things thats our of her comfort zone and makes us reflect on what needs to be changed. We get the hang of working together as a team and participating in different given tasks.Everybody has a different work ethic background and in terms of their personal abilities and interests, family background could be an advantange to use for any given time.
CTE classes are particularly relevant as they provide students with the learning, employability skills required for success in the workforce. CTE lessons can provide form of education that will help prepare the students for the future. College-bound students will potentially obtain work experiences to help them determine their career goals, find a suitable study course and help pay for tuition.
