What I learned

I do know that the resource book is such a great tool to have at your fingertips.  I also liked the ideas of having the organizational chart.

Whatever your role is in your school. It is important and should be shared by everyone.

Another great thing to have on a regular basis is weekly or bi weekly meeitings. IT keeps everyone in the loop, and you learn - good and bad from each other

I am a fan of resource books and organizational charts. What, specifically have you found to be of great use in your resource book? is there a particular way that you found to organize it or was it already organized enough for you? 

i.e. did you build off of the the training book given or did you recreate one for your own use?
