I agree angela. Even as a new agent, I hear this get brought up a lot on the phone and during interviews. I understand why students frequently ask these questions. I am glad that my institution provides me with the necessary tools on how to answer these questions and how to help students with these concerns.

I think that question is brought up frequently because there are a number of students that do transfer for various reasons. They may have had to relocate, or relocate after an extended period of time not being enrolled. It is very common.
Yes, this is more frequent with students than it was in the past. It is important to the student that we help him or her in this regard.
