Resource notebook
It is very important to have all specific answers for prospective students
This is especially true today, Agents are never sure what questions will be fielded by their prospective students. They at least need to know where to find answers when asked.
Agreed, but it seems like it should be used as a backup. As a professional admissions reps, we should have the knowledge readily available in our minds to make sure we give off the strong impression that we are in control, and that we know the policies / laws, etc; and that the RN should be a reference point in case the student wants to confirm or see it in writing.
This is a very true statement; the resource notebook allows you to be organized and able to be fully knowledgeable of the questions that may be asked by perspective students. This online course has helped me tremendously.
I completely agree. It is nice to have a resource notebook available!
