agents have a good understanding of polocies and students having an better undestanding of policy and procedures

Agents need to be on top of their game & know most answers without even thinking, or know where to find the answer. When a question is asked & the agent is not certain of the answer, the agent needs to tell the family he/she will check and when he/she will get back to them with an answer. Students, especially high school age, have little understanding of the college life - they need solid, accurage guidance. They hear rumors and ungrounded opinions, mainly from friends. The entire family will appreciate a helpful, caring, knowledgable rep!

Hello,

I agree with the paragraph stating "As an agent/admissions representative there are certain people you should be networking with on a regular basis. These include the Director of Education and the Placement Director. Both of these people have valuable information about the school that you can include in your discussions with prospective students. They will help you keep current about the programs that are offered and the services that are provided." I find this information very helpful.
