Out of State Recruitment

I do believe it would be difficult to regulate every agent out there recruiting accross the United States for there school. There should be some form of national agency testing.

Scott,

I agree with you. However considering there are varying state regulations that would make it impossible to be consistent across the board.

Scott:

Each state has its own regulatory process for education programs and different requirements for schools, programs, and agents. This is also true in many other regulated areas. For example, an attorney or doctor seeking to practice law or medicine in different states must obtain a law/medical license from each individual state.

I agree. It would definitely streamline the process.

I agree. States need to get on the same page when it comes to certification for that to have a chance at working though.
