RE: 1st quiz a couple of questions use the term "probation"

In going over the material several times after the quiz I never saw anything stating an agent could be put on "probation" for a violation of the rules, but it does say "Suspend, revoke, deny, or cancel: an agent's license pursuant to 3332.12 of Revised Code. Under what section is the term "probation" used in this module?

I still haven't found anywhere in the code where it says agent can be put on probation - only says: suspended, revoked deny, or cancel a license, nothing about putting agent on probation. Anyone else find anything on probation? Two test questions reference an agent can receive revocation, suspension, "probation" or cancellation of license for violation of the Rules.

Robert:

We will review the quiz questions you referenced. While there is no actual "probabtion" sanction that is formally imposed by the Board, there have been cases where corrective action plans or other forms of consent agreements have been used to impose probationairy terms (such as th need to complete additional training)on admissions reps.
