Interviews

I enjoyed this module. I beleive that in facial interviews. I have done a couple over the phone, and I do beleive that those tend to not get a second interview. Perhaps there are techniques I can use for those type of interviews.

It is very important for me to do a face to face interview. I feel that phone interviews are like applications you may look good on paper but in person its a whole new ball game

I feel a face interview is best because you get a feeling of the applicants personailty and how they feel about the facility. If they are not comfortable with the facility and the surroundings they will not last long.

Creating an agenda for the applicant is a great starter/guideline to follow through the interviewing process.Some of my key points for my agenda include: Start time and date, introduction about the company and myself, position details. Give the applicant a detail agenda of what his or her duties are for the positions applying for so they know what to expect.
