5 year plan
I work for a large school group. When developing the 5 year plan committee is it suggested that we develope it at the campus level first then present it to our home offices? Historically speaking we have had our corporate directors and VP's working on this. Perhaps we could work collectively on the plan, include corporate indivduals and campus level individuals.

Interesting challenge. Lots of ways to argue each point. Even if each campus is the same, there are differences simply by their locations and demographics and the types of companies that hire their grads. So that would argue that the planning starts at the campus level. On the other hand, it is likely that corporate has a mission statement and plan that every campus must adhere to. So perhaps everyone needs to work together at some point, as you suggest. Perhaps corporate can start and explain the process. Then each campus works on their specific plan.
