I wonder how important it is to know which side of the brain you use more when it comes to the classroom setting and instructing?

I don't know that one side is more important than the other. We try to instill the importance of criticalthinking, ie, thinking outside the box, or what may be considered the norm. But only after teaching them the textbook methodology. We believe this exercises the full brain and promotes growth, whether the student realizes it or not.

Lisa,

Knowing this can help a student decide on ways to try to interact with the subject matter.

Lisa,

This would be some great information to know. I feel it would be helpful to know to adapt classroom activities that would trigger that particular side of the brain.
