It is important to identify and strenthen weaknesses in teamwork.

In collaboration it is important to focus on the behaviour and not the person.

It takes patience to learn and understand how to each with each generation. Understanding each generation and the way the communicate makes for effective communication with them

It is important to understand the generation that you identify with the most.

Build rapport, get to know your prospective student. Motivate them by showing what we have to offer. Listen actively and support them in their decision with the hope that it is with the intention to enroll. Dont be pushy.

Take responsibility for your actions and work on improving your personal energy and attitude. Your inner and outer world are affected by what energy and attitude you project. Be positive. I will be my self coach and I will show others how I improve myself and encourage them to do the same.

Having the right mental attitude to a situation is important. Having a positive self concept and supportive belief  is vital for education professionals. It impacts on their students in the long term. It is important to have positive attitude and energy levels when interacting with everyone. It helps to boost morale and encourage collaboration and eventual success for all concerned.

Positive energy is important in all areas of life; the physical, psychological, family and spiritual. Energy is your fuel and ability to do work so I am committed to generating positive energy in all areas of my life so I may impact positively on myself, my family, colleagues, students and society.

Positive attitude can influence how long you are employed, how current and prospective students view your institution as well as determine the success of your personal and professional relationships. A positive mental and physical attitude is the best option.

When leaving voicemail I need to ensure that it is clear, arouses curiousity and outlines the purpose of the message. Going forward I will plan my calls and speak with greater clarity and confidence in sharing information.
