Students need to be self-motivated and organized to be successful in an online class. Many times teachers can start out the course on some ways that students can be successful in the course. 

Rules and guidelines are so important when dealing with online instuction. Students need to know what is appropriate and that if they do not follow the rule and guideliines, there will be consequences. 

There are many ways to commuciate with students. Technology is such a large part of their world, so if we can communicate this way then we will be able to reach them. Also, texting is a great wat to communicate, becuase students can go back and access information while on their phone. 

Rubrics are necessary for guidance and the success of students. 

Bloggins is important because students can organize and protect students work. Blogs also allow students to have time to research their topics. 

I learned what a microblog is and how it could be used to get to the point. 

Assingments should be brief, understandable, accessible and jargon free. 

Rubrics are very important when dealing with soical media and the expectations of that on students. 

Stress can cause physical pain and also can elimated through a process of decisision making. 

I need to have a balance of online and face to face assessments and projects.
