I learned that when organizing you need to have 3 stacks, keep, organize, trash. Also that there are consequences for each time you procrastinate. 

I learned that there are 3 steps that need to be followed: describe, indicate, and compare. I also realized there are several ways to grade assingments. 

I have learned that it takes time to find a program that works for you and what you are trying to accomplish. You have to really put time into finding programs that offer real life experience, such as hands on exerience that students need. 

That virtual lessons allows you to teach to all the learning types and allows everyone to be successful! 

Dynamic learning allows students to interaact with others and opens new learning experiences. 

Understanding the 7 principals of learning and the importance of each one. 

Allowing students different platforms to share information and also providinig different ways to learn is really important. 

Having clear expectations and rules when online learning is a must to ensure an optimal learning experience!

Time manaagement is extremely important. We need to provide ways to keep kids organized and ways to help them hold themselves accountable. 

I feel that this course has some great information in it, espcially in the times that are in now. I feel that I have noticed some strengths that I have, that I didn't even realize were strengthens, but for sure some weaknesses that I need to address. I am noticing the importance of feedback in the virtual world and the need for it. I also see that diretions should be presented in  different ways for each type of learning styles.
