Students  are willing to go the extra mile when they know that the instructor is going to be patient with them to help them achieve their goals.  Also you must be fair across the board. When they see that if they try and they see the rewards of hard work others see it and now the whole class is motivated.

This class was a very timely it offered a lot of helpful suggestions on how to organize syllabi ,classroom and also how to manage your classroom expectations everything that the new instructor would like to know as far as the management  strategies in the classroom.

Like the class some of the very subjects that were discussed answer my questions.  I will use this information in class.
