Hey Paul, Great input here. I have read and witnessed the great ones in action in terms of soft skills. Some were 100% genuine, some are 100% fake but results are the same. The trick is, if all of us somehow reduce our own self insecurities and step out of our own skin with ability to step in to other person's skin, the softskills skyrockets. The problem is, most of us are so preoccupied with our own insecurities that we often fail to develop our own soft skills let alone persuade other people. Therefore, the question is, how do we… >>>

I would like to add to this conversation about we are alsohow humans as well. We have our emotions as well as our own baggages. To manage other people, we have to master our own emotions. Sounds easy, but in reality, very difficult. I agree on having more courses built around EQ and Soft Skills. To truly master our own emotions and managing other people, needs daily practice and effort on all instructors here. I believe once we master our own emotions and develop high EQ and softskills, we can be better husbands, fathers, boyfriends or girlfriends.

I agree as well Yolanda!  The majority of the rules are common sense, but some of the new rules, I learned through this lesson.  Great lesson!

Is there a prepackaged questions to gather what student's preferred learning choice would be? I would like to gather all information before delivering course contents to all senses so that you know each individual students learning styles.

Can anyone in this forum list some games for Information Technlogy? I read some interesting comments on this forum and would need more fun games to add to perceived boring IT curriculum.

Can anyone is this forum give me some music list for following categories. 1. Alertness 2. Relaxation 3. 45 to 72 beats per minute songs.
I enjoyed the video where grading should be setup with higher expectations but instructor's giving every students every opportunity to reach that high level. It is almost like playing some video games where you have to reach certain level to earn experience points to get perks for that level. It was a great key points I learned in this great video.
