I learned that even in a objective test, it is very important to provide feedback.

Assessment and evaluation are different Assessment is designed to improve learning and teaching while evaluation is grading it. Formative and summarize assessment are both needed for a student to be successful.

Using the different types of assessment, such as Knoledge based, Preformance based, Porfolio based and Project based, the students will be provided the appropriate assessment. All students learn differently and using all of the assessment toold you as the instructor will be able to see growth in learning. 

Turning a F2F class into an online course requires organization and using multiple teaching strategies Proper course layout and organization helps the instructor and the students, this also makes the class flow easier. A welcome letter and a wrap-up letter helps the students sense the instructors presenc virtually. 

In order to be successful in teaching online trainings we need to be able to engage, guide and motivate the learners to be able to learn. We can accomplish this through communication and feedback, since we are not face to. Face with the learners. Once a safe environment is built the students and instructors can be successful in online learning. 

Class organization and communication are the most important tools in an online course. Communication will help develop quidelines are exceptations of the course being taught. Consistency is a very important key to the students learning. This helps students and instructors have a successful online course. 

There are many Technology tools that can be used in online learning. The instructor needs to assess each tool and make sure it is the correct tool for what is needed. The instructor can re assess if needed and change the teaching styles used to better the learning environment for the students and their needs. 

Always be evaluating your course. Using data received from multiple areas you can "close the loop" on the course you are teaching. 

Providing feedback by using a grading rubric will help with some of the material. The most important is to provide clear and complete guidelines for any project or assignment, have the students review and revise their work and maybe have peer to peer review. This can help provide meaningful feedback or assessment for the students. Using more meaningful assessment the students can create a connection, improve their learning and skills and be more involved in their education. 

Using the syllabus as a road map for the course or module, students know what is expected of them. Your syllabus will change based on what the student needs are. Having good communication with students can and will help for a relationship in which students are comfortable and will ask for help when needed. Building off skills acquired in modules can and will help students master their trade.
