This module on Admission was very informative and practical for daily use on our organization

'You cant know someone's journey until you have walked in their shoes'. This is how i felt going through this first module. The industry has so many rules and regulations for proper conduct and keeping complient. Getting them correctly and doing them well on a consistent basis augurs well for the credibility and logevity of the institution.

It was also an eduaction to see the different ;eadership styles. I still believe i have much tpo learn about each style and how to apply them to differnt scenarios

It's important that people are not only promoted in th eworkplace because they are the high performers as it takes much more to be a leader. That person may make a good sales manager, driving the people to make the company goals and targets but have terrible people management or leadership skills to motivate the work force. When you find the combination of a good manager with great leadership skills though, that is a win for all involved and sucess follows.

Because we generally do not respond to voicemail messages as they come in, we havent thought of using that medium as a means of advertising.

Very effective topic in getting to the point of understanding and managing the buying cycle, understanding and overcoming the sales objectives. It will be very useful in my practice, particularly in how to handle the no-shows

I've learnt the principles are basic yet so important in creating committments and success in any field of sales.

There are choices of tertiary  education for applicants, and so when they call your school, it is important they be treaed with respect and care taken to find out their goals and ambitions and if youe school offers what is in alignment with that of the applicant.

It was important to reiterate that having people skills and a great attitude leads to more development and success not only with the students but in all aspects of the relationships we have.

active Listening is crucial if we want to undertsnad what the other person is saying. It ultimately builds trust which is foundational to any relationship.
