I love this entire module and will share aspects with our students and faculty

I learned that both by attitutude and energy while being good ffoundation, still have some areas  to improve. Having mental awareness and posutive attitude will get me in the success stream

The module was veryt informative in bringing the issue of personal energy to the fore. Ofteimes we do not think about how our energy affects those around us and we should so that our places of work, home and our our mental state willl be in balance. 

We only have control over our attitude, therefore it is better to have be positive about your organization, environment and that will translate in your productiveness  

We have all heard and use the saying that 'Teamwork makes the dream work'. This modules really holds true to that adage. Also important to know what role we play in our teams and the flexibility of being in a team which is dynamic and adaptable 

Collaboration trumps competitiveness any day

We are so used to the traditional methods of communicating, so it is good to realise the different communiction styles of the generations. it definitely closes the 'gap' :-) 

Gives a clear picture of how I am and will intereact with other generations. Also helped to learn how the different generations think, what matters to them. Agreed that Gen Z are on track to be the most educated of all the generations and how teh use of technology will be such an integreal part of their lives

Having your faculty do continuing education training not only benefets the organisation but adds much more to the personal developemnt of the team member. So while having the state agencies play such a heavy regulatory role, its programs are really designed to make us better at what we do to serve out constituents in teh best possible and ethical way.

Knowing all the guidelines for disclosures and compliance by the state, though may be viewed as long and tedious, are so well detailed and  protects the school from any potential negative feedback and outcomes and hefty fines.
