Safety first is discussed right away when meeting students so no one gets hurt to make sure all labs run smoothly 

When tests, quizzes, or assignments are unclear, students tend to get frustrated and shut down. With help and a redirection they can get back on track 

Hands on learning and different teaching styles help students learn better 

Compentancy are more than just the technical skills of students but how they respond to classwork and real world problems 

Having hands-on experience for students in CTE classes is most important because all of us are a "hands-on" trade students are learning 

Mobility in literacy is important because it helps students understand how to shift through the content 

Logical flow is the logical response 

Leanring about how students communicate differently can help me relate the content to them 

Giving feedback, asking students questions, encouraging them, praising them can help students really shine in their work and continue to do great work 

Having different forms of communication helps
