Every student should feel included in learning opportunites no matter the needs they need to have meet. 

Many different pathways that lead to the same goal still count as success because everyone learns differently 

technology helps in the classroom because it cannot only be a tool but support students in learning 

Objects set the tone of the class for the day and gives students the overall idea of what is happening for the day 

A master binder for each lass/course helps you stayed organized and gives you details for the class ahead of time 

Knowing course content an planing ahead of time for all your classes/courses is important and helps you with success

Extra credit can be handle differently for projects, small assignments, etc. depending on the teacher/subject

Students when going off topic it is important to not solely just call them out. Many (and not just that student) sometimes need a redirection and it can be a good way to change the class up

For giving presentations it is always good to break things down for students by sections so they know what is important/what to write down and it will not be overwhelming for them either 

Being organized and prepared shows your true self to your students! It has helped my students know they can always count on me to give them the materials they need or what is to come - it has driven their success.
