I'm a fan of setting clear goals and expectations for the team. In the absence of shared goals, people may not be working in the same direction or get into trouble for "assuming" expectations. What might you do to help establish clearly defined goals in the future? Dr. Jean Norris

May, what can you do to remind yourself to make the choice to listen in your conversations? Dr. Jean Norris
Asking questions is a great way to engage people in the conversation. How do you get the quieter folks to participate? Dr. Jean Norris
Don't you love when we are proven wrong but it works to our advantage? Thank you!
