That it is important to keep in mind the needs of a varity of different levels of students and offer the best possiable course layout so that it can be used and understood by this virity as a group.

I learned that there is a vast feild of students that have learning disabilitys that I didn't know existed and that as an instructor this has made me more aware of what I have to provide for these students.

It is important to see to it that all students with or with out disabilitys have the same opportunity's for a good education and that if a student has a disabilty that could hamper there learning, that some provisions may have to be made to assist said student.

It is important to be able to identify and deal with and help students with learning or physical disabilitys. You also have to learn to adjust your program as well as be willing to be available and plan on taking more time with them in order for student to learn.

That the rubric can be evaulated by both the students and other instructors and the combined feedback can be used to improve it.

ther are many resourses for find and building a rubic but you have to make sure that it is graded the same for many different types of student and that it is a fair scoring system.

It is important to have an adequate number of objectives but not tomany as this could confuse the students.

That rubrics can be a valuable tool for assesing and guiding students but can also be a hinderance to some students that are challenged. This means that you would have to know your student and use the rubrics accordingly.

The 7 Principles is a very effective tool for both the student and the instructor. It set very high standards for both the learner and the educator.

Even if a student thinks that he/she has good technology skills you still have to make sure that those skills would mach or surpass the skills to be sucessful it an online coures.
