Activity

The instructor should try to identify with there students personality s and set courses that can touch on the different personalitys, not all personalitys can but fully achived but the more personatilys that can be touched on the more students can achive what they need to in order to achive what is required of them in the course.

I've learned that I have to make my students want to take part in my class, make them comfortable, feel welcome to the class and also make them feel that they are part of the community.

The true colors system not only idenities your personality but others that you deal with  once you have identifed other personality's that you come in contact with you are more capabile to understand and deal with the person or persons that you have to work with or teach.

Once you have established a stuents personality and behaver it can be helpful to then know how to best teach and relate to that student and hondle any issues that may arise with that student.

It is not only important for the student to develop critical thinking abilitys for the purpose of class but to develop this type of thinking to apply this to everyday life.

The instructor must direct the student inoder for them to get the most out of the program, the instructor should also make the class intresting and make the student want to learn and particapate in the activity's of the class as well.

As you develop your course it is important to create a history of all your revisions to which you can fall back on if necessary.

Clear communication and instructions can help the student understand better and feel more comfortable getting involved in the conversation. The more confortable the student feels with you and the other students the better the chances of them wanting to get involved.

Time management is important to acheve the right amount of information in the right amount of time makeing sure that you don't have to much subject for the time alloted for vis versa. If you put yourself in that try of situation your class will become board or over whelmed.

Organization and work/time management are important to creating a good course.
