Going to use the extra resources for pacing calendar ideas and for lesson plans.

Integrating for formative and summative assessments in my curriculum. 

Making sure to plan instruction so the classroom content flows better. Incorporating more field trips and invites to outsiders is a great resource. Students can ask questions and get a better sense of their career of choice. 

Safety is most important. 

To model respectful behaviors. 

It is always good to have a mentor to guide you and also to bounce ideas. 

To model understanding/provide support/encourage problem solving/and be a good listener. 

I agree to incorporating more for advancement and assessing frequently. 

I learned how important it is to ask a variety of questions and also the most effective way to test the student's mastery skills.

Giving the students time to process what is being asked and allowing them to answer individually.
