Knowing your audience allows you the insight to prepare your lesson plan to how your students learn best.

I plan to incorporate the Blooms Taxonomy ABCD to keep my lesson planning aligned with standards and objectives.

It's good practice to save lesson plans so that way if admin comes in to observe they would be able to follow along. 

Knowing the subject, knowing your students and planning prior to instruction allow great classroom flow. 

Learning means evolving. 

Fully believe in FIRE. Factual, Insightful, Rational, Evaluative Questioning. 

There is always room for implication in trades. 

The importance of allowing students the flexibility to customizing their instruction. 

A fair and balanced grading system. 

Effective ways to keep the students engage with content and how to navigate students that are struggling.
