Providing choices allow the students to feel of sense of control changing the mind frame from I have to, to I want to. 

From this module I have learned to provide flexibility to the students. Not to focus on deadlines so much but to focus on capability of understanding the content.

The difference between hard and soft skills. Wil incorporate more soft skills in my classroom. 

Teamwork is crucial to accomplishing goals and getting acquainted. Allowing others who are strong where you are weak develops a rapport and a foundation for acceptance and trust. 

Planning on giving students for assignments to encourage brainstorming and giving them the resources to organize their thoughts structurally. 

Giving the the students the ability to have these types of conversations to exercise their ability to sharpen their listening skills, empathy, and understanding cultural differences. 

I intend to be more aware of where my students are at in their career journey.

I intend to discuss how social media plays in many ways in professionalism. What you post and who you follow matters-Your content matters-

Making things happen. I intend to use the 3 questions...

1. Where are we going?
2. How are we going  to get there?
3. What is my role?

This would be a great starting point for the students to start to create a path to their career goal of choice.

To be flexible and build assessments to better improve all students. I would also like to introduce more simulations for hands-on training.
