Technology is important in teaching, but tailoring technology assessments can be difficult in hands on courses.
While these are great tips for secondary levels of education, I haven't come across a point where I have needed to implement any of these tips in the post secondary level.

One stressor at a time is a good strategy, but sometimes hard to do with constant distractions (email, students, coworkers, etc).
For a new teacher, I have found a lot of relief in discussing my stresses with my collogues. Most of them are helpful problem solvers and when they aren't able to offer viable solutions, they are great listeners.
I have found it to be helpful to let the computer grade certain assignments, such as math related assignments. Other assignments require attention and feedback such as certain map making assignments.
To do lists helps to stay organized. I really like assigning "important/urgent" or "important/not urgent" etc to tasks so I can prioritize them.
Showing that we are human is good, preparation helps.
Limiting opportunities for students to cheat would help them focus on trying their best on assessments.
At the post secondary level, this content have much applicability. Almost always, students are paying to have a seat in the class and so they want to be there.
