What I have learned is that it is good to get feedback so you can adjust your classes accordingly for your students.

What I have learned is that using a good rubric help the students understand what is expected of them.

What I have learned is that scaffolding will help with online learning. It will will make it easier for students to understand the course.

What I have learned is that if I do my bio about myself put my experience and also add some of my personal experiences. So I can bond by more with the students. 

What I have learned is that going over the course helps me get organized to help my students. 

What I have learned is that revisions is important but also feedback is important to make sure you are hitting important points.

Feedback is important because it helps the student understand what they are doing and make sure they are keeping the grades up.
