Templates are great to use and helps to me organized in class for the students.

What I have learned from this course is that you need to be organized and being on a timely schedule will help with my class.

I've learned that keeping online learner engaged really comes down to being present consistent and interactive. Regular communication and clear expectations help students feel supported and less overwhelmed. Structure discussions and hands-on activities keep students involved, especially when lessons connect directly to real-world or career related tasks.

I have learned that having calm and consistant  class will help with PTSD students.

What I have learned is that even though IEP are not used in college but it is helpful knowing what disability's my students have so I can find a way to help them.

What I have learned is that there is a difference between TBI and PTSD and how I should be aware of this in my students so I can be there for them.

What I have learned from this is that there is a lot of people have experienced PTSD and that's it's not just in Military it can be in a wide variety of different people.

What I learned is that using multiple choice give me a chance to go over a wider range of questions.

Classroom assessments that we all have an understanding of and all are learning what I'm am teaching.

What I have learned is that when we are having a discussion to give all of the students a chance to answer questions. Let them know that no questions are dumb to ask if you don't know so I can figure out a different way to explain what I'm discussing in my lectures.
