Good evening: Theory can go further, turning it into practice with technological tools in virtual education. Labs and simulators are two ways to create these learning experiences. They're expensive, but some publishing houses already offer them at affordable prices. The important thing is to be innovative and dynamic.

Greetings everyone: All academic fields can be adapted to asynchronous environments, software design labs, and simulators. This study module has encouraged me to use gamification more in my classes.

Good evening: I've learned that we shouldn't penalize students for not having access to the best technology; we should teach them how to work with the resources available to them. The instructor must consider three important elements for asynchronous courses: time, planning, and creativity.

Good evening: This module has been a great learning experience, especially in understanding the different learning styles students may have. The online resources VARK and True Colors are very practical and free. It's also very important to motivate introverted students, more than extroverted ones.

A happy Wednesday, everyone. What I learned significantly in this module is how to avoid the mistake of procrastination among students. With communication and time management strategies, we can motivate students not to procrastinate on their homework in their online classes. Online instructors must be attentive and take the initiative to create an active environment in our virtual classrooms.

Good afternoon, Community: This module has been very interesting. What I take away from it are the different asynchronous and synchronous communication tools, many of which are free and friendly to our students. I think the assessment of our students' technological skills and the use of social media are very appropriate. In my particular case, I use LinkedIn because it is very professional.

In this module, I can conclude several important characteristics for successful online classes, such as effective communication between I2E, E2I, and E2E, promoting good academic practices such as respecting copyright, and ensuring that communication with students must be clear, precise, and professional. This was simple knowledge but very useful to put into practice.

Good morning, everyone: In this module, I realized the importance of conducting an initial analysis or diagnosis of my online classes, as well as a self-diagnosis. Not all students have the necessary technological skills and knowledge, and we must support them. Another important learning I've gained is about students with disabilities. We must develop a differentiation strategy with students and create personalized strategies to help them. Excellent ways to do this include offering study materials in different formats, for example. This has been an excellent module for our refresher coursework.

Hello: Teachers and students must be clear about the advantages and disadvantages of CHATGPT. Saving time could be the biggest advantage and lack of contextualization could be the biggest disadvantage. In real life, excess technology is not convenient.
