Stress and Corporate Culture

I feel that there is a corporate culture that is modeling that it is important to be overly stressed on the job and to be totally devoted to the workplace ( 24 hours/ 7 days a week). It seems to me that in many instances this is viewed as being a positive trait.

I take a stand that it is important to love what you do and therefore the process is very important. I have taken a stand this new year to taking care of myself and to ensure that my employees do the same. I am taking stand that quailty is more important than quantity and that passion and pride in what we do should be important.

I am very interested in studying Corporate Culture. Since you posted this in January, have you seen any changes to your staff and your own life which evolved from your decision to put welness first?

This corporate culture is a recipe for burnout. I wonder if you are still working in your role.
