best practices were helpful on how i can apply to my job as well as keeping a binder or folder on all information was something i will use

I feel that a lot of this is a refresher but we don't really think that we all need refreshers during our regular business day. We can all benefit from taking small traing sessions to keep our minds bright and alert. Having the notes on hand makes it possible to have the answers in hand.

I am new to this type of job and all of this new informationa and material is becoming very helpful to me and Ill be able to do a better job. Also keeping the notebook is going to be very useful for me.

This course really racked my brain! I enjoyed learning about all of the regulations that I can now implement into my day to today interactions with students.  Not only was this course knowledgeable, it allowed me to examine my practices to make sure that I remain in compliance.  This was actually fun!
