Thank you for the notes on your students in SharePoint and the email responses on the Daily Absence Report. Admissions can see your communications, and they will not contact the students you have spoken with regarding an absence. Please carbon copy the Admission reps associated with your program if you have pertinent information that is not appropriate in an all-reply email, like a victim of a (blank) crime, the student has (insert) disease, etc. Continue to keep in contact with your students, this is a team effort to have you as the first point of contact, and then Admissions… >>>
