I also found that the majority of the course dealt with issues relevant to what I encounter on a regular basis.  I will be sharing the information learned with our department manager and will suggest adding some of it components to our policies and procedures.

I think this course was very helpful and touched on topics that our campus deals with daily.  I will use the notes from this course to help me with daily issues.

Very interesting course, was very helpful for me as a new financial aid officer.

I feel very satisfied with the information I have collected from this training. As a matter of fact, I already made a list of what we need to do to improve and will be discussing it with our department manager. The topics covered is what we see happening and not happening in any campus setting.

This was a very informational and helpful course! I was able to navigate and the way it was set up enabled me to retain the information completely! I also have some new ideas for default and Financial Aid practices. I hope to take more courses in the future.
